Yoga with my cat

                                                 YOGA WITH MY CAT

Who here loves yoga? well I do, but today I didn't do it alone. My cat Maggie wanted to join in and do some stretching. She was kinda annoying but I didn't mind to much. When I did planks she would walk under me and sometimes she just stands there. It was hard to concentrate while  she was distracting me but I managed to get through it. Next time I might just try when she's not looking.

My question to you is: do you have a furry yoga buddy?

What I enjoyed was: writing of how much fun we had doing yoga.

The Puriri Tree

                                                               THE PURIRI TREE

Have you ever seen a Puriri tree? Well I have, there are heaps of them out at my nana and poppas  farm. The one that we are having a photo with is the biggest Puriri tree in NZ. According to my nana, this tree is about 800-1000 years old. It is about 10 minutes walk from my nanas house to the tree. The puriri tree is surrounded by native trees like Nikau palms, Tea trees, and kahikatea trees. We have seen so many native birds like Tui's, Kiwis, Fantails, Kereru and a lot more. What I feel like when I walk into the forest is safe, calm, happy, and excited.  Forest are very cool to explore. Try it out one day.

My question to you is: Have you ever been in a forest before?

What I enjoyed: Was writing this and remembering what we did.

What I found challenging: Was thinking of what to write.

3 Things I am most grateful for

3 things I am most grateful for

1. I'm grateful that I have heaps of things to do during lockdown.

2. I'm grateful that winter is coming so we get more water for in our tank.

3. I'm grateful that my family doesn't have cronna virus.

My question to you is: What are you most grateful for?

I enjoyed: thinking about what I am grateful for.

A story about a fantail

A  STORY  ABOUT  A  FANTAIL

For the last month or so we have had a new face in our family. Can you guess who it is? He has wings, and a tale like a fan. Every day he comes in and sits on our plants watching us play around. He sometimes comes into our rooms and hangs from the lights. Every morning now he has been dancing outside of our windows and putting on a little show. When we go do the fruit picking he always comes with us and talks to us. Not long after our dog Larz moved on that bird has been here staying in our shed and coming with us down the road for a walk. Our dog always followed us around the garden and he came with us for walks. I like to believe the fantail is our dog but in a different form.

My question to you is: Do you have an animal that you think is someone you miss?

What I enjoyed was: Writing about Larz and thinking of how much fun we had together.

What I enjoyed about this was thinking of what will happen if all the oceans dried up. There could be big problems or there could be no problems at all.

What I found challenging was finding all of the A_Z  words relating to DOC.

My question to you is what do you think if all the oceans dried up?
