Rosie The Raindrops Interesting Journey

                    Rosie the raindrops interesting journey 

One rainy day Rosie fell to the ground at the point where the river thames starts. 

Rosie's rivers journey begins. Along the river she came across a stone marker that shes never seen before. That Markes some of the royal peoples names that have been here in the past years. She also saw a tree, some grass and leaves. 

Down the river she saw people kayaking, fishing and noticest the the river was getting wider. She heard the wind blowing the leaves around and the birds singing wonderful songs. 

After a few hours she comes to an opening. She didn't look familiar with it. It was a town with boats, cars, heaps of people and what looked like houses. She stopped to have a little look around to something that caught the corner of her eye. It was rubbish, floating in the water. Imagine all sea animals eating it, getting sick and dying. I wish I could do something about it but I am only a raindrop. 

She carried on down the river to a huge city with colorful lights everywhere but the only that was annoying her was that people were using the river as a rubbish bin. She wanted to put a end to this once and for all. She jumped out of the water to find help. 

This took Rosie a few days, after days went by, She came across a huge shop that was called Save The Rivers, She went inside to tell them that “there is rubbish in the river and we have to do something about it now”. They rushed over to the river with their big machinery. They cleaned up the rubbish and Rosie carried on to her next destination. 

Rosie came to a beautiful beach with a bright orange sunset with people fishing off the wharf and kids swimming in the ocean. Tired but happy “I made it”. She sighed. 

Saint Joseph

 In class a few weeks ago we have been learning about Saint Joseph this my understanding of Saint Joseph. We had to make a St Joseph on google draw to make a St Joseph with shapes.

What is the first animal that Katniss killed? I think she killed a bird. 

What did Katniss do to keep herself and her family alive? she hunted for food to trade with the baker to get bread. 

At the end of chapter four, what dose Katniss think of peeta? she starts to like his personality. 

What skills dose Katniss show off to Haymitch? throwing a knife into the wall.

In class last week we had got a set activity and it was word of the week. 

Week 6 refection

This week on Friday I went to swimming sports, and I am going to the next north land swimming central zones.  

Something I really enjoyed was swimming sports and going to a different class for the day.

Something I found challenging was finishing my pepeha art because it was sore on my hands and it was hard to stay in the lines.

I have worked towards some of my goals by practising spelling my words, and next week I would like to work on my reading.

I am looking forward to far north swimming zones. 

Week 5 reflection

 This week I did my pepeha, and we did art about that. 

Something I really enjoyed was Our wordle linking to our Americas cup. 

something I found challenging was our hunger games chapter chat because you had to remember what happens in the storie.

I have worked towards some of my goals by practising my spelling, next week would like to practise my  reading.

The value of Mercy means understanding people from different p.o.v, I have shown this value by helping around the playground.

I am looking forward to swimming sports next week with other schools around town.

Week 4 reflection

 What was the highlight of my week and why? The highlight of my week was swimming sports because my house group and the other house groups were versing each other in swimming and my house group came first in relays.

What was a challenge this week and why? Trying my best in swimming sports and making it into the next swimming composition.

Something I found successful this week? Something I found successful was painting my house group banner.

Something new I learnt this week was learning about my pepeha.

I am looking forward to swimming sports this week. 

Hunger Games chapter chat

Weekly refection

 The highlight of my week was swimming because I have improved to what I was when we first started in week 2. 

The thing I found challenging was trying to make the longest paper activity because you couldn't rip it up into precise and tie it together. You could only try and keep it all together.

Something I want work on next week is my swimming because swimming sports  are on next Friday.

I showed the value of Mercy this week by looking after a little kid who was crying.

I am looking forward to swimming next week because it is the finals next Friday.

Week 2 reflection

 What was a highlight for my week was doing my letter to the teacher.

What was something I found challenging was my art because it wouldn't stick to the plasic we were using to do our art on. 

Something I successed in class was my art when I finished it because it was a tricky thing to do.  

Something I learnt was to not wet your paint brush before you used the paint because it wont stick to the plastic we were using. 

something I am looking forward to next week is try and accomplish some of my goals. 

Weekly Reflection

At the start of week 1 I felt... excited to see my friends and be back at school. 

The highlight of my week has been... Joining a new classroom because its nice to work with different people that you don't usually work with, having one of the best teachers and meeting new people and getting to know them better.

Something I found challenging was... The ikan maths I found that challenging because the test was moving to fast page to page. 

I am really looking ford to... Swimming sports and for athletics.
